Rules and Regulations
Reservations

We do not rent RV's or provide tent sites.

All monthly lot fees must be paid in full upon arrival. (No exceptions)

Dogs must be approved by TLH and have all rabies/vaccine paperwork available

We do not allow school age children during the school year for stays longer than one night.

Deposits are required for monthly sites and are only refundable until 14 days of arrival date.

Holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum

All new arrivals must be in before 9pm.

Checkout for nightly stays is Noon.

2 Vehicles allowed per RV site. Additional vehicles are allowed with permission and additional fee.

Units must be owner occupied. We do not allow subletting.
General Rules

We are an RV park and not a campground as we do not offer restrooms or showers.

Failure to pay lot fees in a timely manner will result in termination of agreement

We do not have a dump station. Sewer connections are offered with each paid site.

No wood burning fires are permitted (Propane and charcoal grills allowed)

Dogs must be on leash at all times and owners are responsible for picking up after them in a timely manner.

Clotheslines are not permitted.

Please place household trash in dumpster by entrance to RV Park.

Tires, mattresses, electronics, and oversized furniture are not permitted in park dumpsters.
